Manager, Coding & Compliance - Goshen Health

Oversees and is responsible for the day-to-day coding, auditing and billing compliance activities related to accounts receivable and billing services throughout the Goshen Physician network. Is also responsible for overseeing proper coding processes for claims. This includes coding, monitoring, training and ongoing risk assessments for billing compliance. In conjunction with the CPO Manager, coordinates with the Director of Patient Financial Services all activities related to the Central Processing Office personnel and the duties related to their job and performance.

Position Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma and Coding Certification
• Preferred Education:Certified Coder and Associate’s Degree
• Minimum Experience: Minimum 2 years medical billing experience and supervisory responsibilities
• Preferred Experience: Minimum 5 years medical billing experience and 2 years office management experience
• Certifications Preferred: TUL Certification
