Position Summary:
Bimbo Bakeries USA (BBU) is looking for an experienced and strategic Manager, Content Strategy to lead the development and execution of content strategies that elevate brand engagement and growth. Reporting to the Director of Content & Creative Services, this role is critical in shaping how BBU's brands communicate across all digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate is a content strategist with a strong background in consumer-centric storytelling, brand asset production, social strategy, and digital marketing.
This is a remote position, with preferred locations in Philadelphia, PA, or Chicago, IL.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy Development:
- Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive content strategies aligned with brand goals to drive consumer engagement across all touchpoints, including digital, social, ecommerce, and traditional media.
- Craft creative briefs for our agency partners, working closely with Brand and Consumer Insights to ensure we are providing clear direction that is informed by a strong understanding of the brand purpose, business strategy and audience.
- Collaborate closely with brand teams, internal partners and agencies to develop and execute omnichannel content plans.
- Campaign Execution:
- Oversee the end-to-end content development process for campaigns, including concept ideation, pre-production, on-set direction, and final asset delivery.
- Partner with brand teams and agency partners to ensure high-quality execution of content that supports brand strategies and engages consumers effectively.
- Social Strategy & Agile Marketing:
- Oversee content strategies and guide the execution of paid / organic social assets and social media activations, including influencer partnerships. Collaborate with Consumer Relations on community management.
