As a manager on our Global Communications team, you support in the implementation and measurement of high-impact, integrated communications across various disciplines within corporate communications, with a focus on crisis communications/brand reputation and the goal of protecting and elevating the Starbucks business and brand with all stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a passion for crisis communications with a drive to support and protect the brand. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that will require collaboration across multiple business groups and with internal and external stakeholders. As a key function within the organization, you will also be expected to provide timely strategic communications counsel to all levels, including senior or regional leaders, able to flex across various business operations.
