About the Job
Our publicly traded client is seeking a Manager of Corporate Finance to join their team. The Manager of Corporate Finance will support senior leadership with strategic analysis, long range planning, and M&A. Our client offers a hybrid work environment, room for growth and advancement and visibility to senior leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and refine long-range forecasting models for strategic planning.
- Provide senior leadership with financial reports, insights, and recommendations.
- Partner with leadership on strategic projects, offering financial insights.
- Analyze potential mergers and acquisitions, including valuations and post-integration performance.
- Improve FP&A processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct capital allocation analysis to support key financial decisions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a public company corporate environment
- Proficient in 3 statement modeling
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive mindset

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
