Responsibilities:
- Tax compliance: oversee all aspects of tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of federal, state and international tax returns
- Tax strategy and planning: develop and implement tax strategies that optimize the firm’s tax position while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Provide strategic guidance on tax implications related to investments, transactions, and business operations
- Manage the preparation of tax provisions and disclosures for financial reporting purposes
- Tax research and analysis: stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations that may impact the firm’s operations
- Minimum of 7+ years of corporate tax provision and compliance experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA strongly preferred
- Must have experience working with ASC 740
- Must be willing to work on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office)
