The CRM Manager will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Microsoft Dynamics solution, leading a cross-functional team to build a best-in-class CRM system for Sales, Marketing, Service, and other departments. The role involves aligning business processes with technical solutions, ensuring governance, and driving continuous improvement. Collaboration with business leaders, IT stakeholders, and product managers is crucial.
Responsibilities
The base range for this is 170k - 180k salary, depending on experience.

Collaboration with business leaders, IT stakeholders, and product managers is crucial.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Manage the implementation, integration, configuration, and maintenance of the CRM system.
- Collaborate with users to understand business needs and optimize CRM functionality.
- Ensure solutions align with IT architecture and comply with regulatory guidelines.
- Provide oversight for CRM-related projects, monitoring progress, timelines, and budget.
- Train and support team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- 8+ years of experience overseeing CRM solutions development and implementation.
- 5+ years managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
- Experience in leading and developing high-performing technology teams.
- Strong functional and technical analysis/design skills, with proven problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Broad business knowledge and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 6+ years of CRM experience.
- 2+ years leading Power Platform solutions.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps or enterprise planning and delivery tools.
- Expertise in no-code/low-code solutions and application modernization concepts.
