Position Summary The Manager of Cyber Security serves as the expert on cybersecurity protection, detection, response and recovery
Will be responsible for planning, directing, and aligning technology and systems architecture projects to business goals and objectives which support the Information Security of Living Spaces and its business strategy.Position Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Lead and direct the direct and indirect staff to monitor all security for IT operations and IT infrastructureMaintain all security tools and technology - Plan, develop, configure, support, and upgrade all new and existing applications, websites, databases, software, and related security technologiesMonitor internal and external policy complianceMonitor regulation complianceWork to reduce riskAudit policies and controls continuouslyEnsure cybersecurity stays on the organizational radarMap out the security incident response programLead a team of security professionals and vendors/suppliers to ensure projects, performance objectives, and deliverables are metProvide customer service and problem resolution in support of the IT Support, Operations, and IT Product teamsResponsible for the day-to-day operational running of the team, including resource management, mentoring and ensuring the team consistently meets their objectivesWork closely with the IT management team and decision makers in other departments in order to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organizationDevelop and successfully manage and execute business and project plans, deliverables, policies, processes and procedures in support of business and departmental strategies, goals, objectives and budgetsCollaboratively develop and manage departmental budgetsAcquire resources for departmental activities and projects and provide technical and budgetary management of vendors/suppliersSolve business problems by performing analysis, preparing recommendation(s), and providing project leadership/management for successful implementation of relevant technology, business process modifications and/or enhancementsIdentify, research, and resolve technical problems for individuals and groups in an efficient manner, recognizing the proper course of action to take, communicating, and escalating severe issues as appropriateCommunicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.Develop, maintain, and continually improve relationships/partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, teammates, direct reports, and vendors/suppliersEnsure team provides exceptional customer support by developing and maintaining a culture, procedures, and processes that provide high quality customer support and maintenance for existing and future technologyRespond to help desk tickets, telephone calls, email and personal requests for technical support in timely manner including feedback and closure and ensure that the team does the sameProvide escalated support for direct reports and teammates and perform work as requiredPerform knowledge transfers among team members by preparing and maintaining documentation for processes, procedures, written instructions, and solutions to problemsCollaborate with, and lead, team members to identify, recommend, plan, develop and implement technology and technology standardsMaintain knowledge of developments in relevant technologies and their use in the industry, making recommendations when appropriateCoordinate the acquisition of technology related products, services, and vendors/suppliersManage the process of innovative change effectivelyEnsure procedures are in place to protect all data and databases, information transfer and processing and software licensingAvailable to work after hours and weekends as requiredQualifications Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (B

S.) or equivalent from four-year college in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in an Sr Networking or similar role. Understands how the applications support business processes and applies this knowledge to solve defined business problems. Must be proficient in all technical aspects of their team responsibilities. Possess extensive knowledge of programming languages, databases, scripting, queries, and web technology. Strong working knowledge of all IT Infrastructure technologies including (Cisco, Microsoft, HP, Infoblox, VMWare) and other related technologies
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be highly proficient with some of the following technologies: Switches, Routers, VPN, Network Routing, Wireless LAN Controllers, Access Points, AirWatch, Cisco ISE, Cisco Prime, 4G LTE routers, Ekahau, Wireless supported end points (desktop, laptop, mobile phones, etc).Certificates and Licenses: Cisco certifications preferredSupervisory Responsibilities: This position will directly manage a team of 4-8 individuals performing the roles of programming and technical architecture design

Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate
