QUALIFICATIONS:
LEVEL OF EDUCATION
Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Nursing
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Minimum: Current California Registered Nurse license
Preferred: Certification in occupational health
YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE
Preferred: One year of occupational health nursing experience or equivalent.
PROBLEM SOLVING AND DECISION MAKING: Performs job functions within an interdisciplinary framework, including, but not limited to: nursing science, medical science, public health science, occupational health sciences such as safety, toxicology, industrial hygiene and ergonomics, social and behavioral sciences, and management and administration principles.
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: Strong interpersonal skills that reflect a positive attitude and a sense of commitment to our patients, employees, work associates, and community.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS: The employee communicates effectively. Excellent written and verbal skills.
