Summary:
Coordinates activities and flow of work for Occupational Medicine/Employee Health services.
Responsibilities:
Partners with workers compensation, employee injury, and or infection control as needed. Collaborates with Medical Review Officer as needed. Prioritizes multiple tasks and projects to ensure timely completion. Coordinates required employee health testing and immunization. Coordinates employee wellness events.Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures.Facilitates the development, implementation and evaluation of program or area services and initiatives. Facilitates the development of practice standards and measurable outcomes based on performance evaluation and research.Serves as a resource to staff regarding departmental/area policies, procedures and services.Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Performs or assists with performance evaluations and performance management of staff. Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment and payroll. Ensures compliance with EHS budget.
