As a Manager on the Enterprise Sales Strategy & Operations team, you'll have the opportunity to drive growth of one of DoorDash’s new platforms on the ground floor, laying the foundation for what is becoming a major business unit for the company.About the RoleAs our Sales Strategy & Operations Manager, you’ll discover and drive performance improvements across the sales organization and build the foundation for it to scale
This will include improving sales productivity by finding different sources of leads to our sales teams, building and executing go-to-market playbooks, evaluating and leveraging existing & new sales tools to further unlock sales productivity, leading strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, process redesign, resource allocation and pipeline analytics
