Manager, FP&A at KBW Financial

Responsibilities for the Manager of FP&A include:

• Oversee monthly consolidated reporting
• Review key financial statement results
• Manage annual financial planning and quarterly forecasting
• Analysis of budget actual variance and financial drivers
• Balance Sheet and cash flow modeling
• Support external reporting
• Assist with continuous improvement efforts
• Work cross functionally to support company goals

Requirements for the Manager of FP&A include:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
• More than five years of finance experience
• Very strong systems skills

Compensation: to $130,000 plus bonus and benefits
