The Opportunity
We are looking for a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) who will be an integral member of IAC Corporate’s FP&A team. The role will provide support across all areas of the FP&A functions with direct interaction with the Company’s subsidiaries to understand and communicate timely trends, operational issues and risks. Candidates must have a proven background of analytical excellence and strong work ethic as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work within a team.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of reports that highlight the operational results, forecast and business plans of IAC’s businesses
- Ongoing assessment, tracking and reporting of all the Company’s business unit performance with respect to financial, strategic and operational goals and initiatives with timely communication of opportunities and risks
- Support Investor Relations, including Quarterly Earnings, ongoing investor communications and tracking, as well as research analyst targets and tracking
- Assist with Corporate Finance special projects, financial analysis and modeling
- Development of strong relationships across the organization
- Assist in other finance functions as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: finance, financial planning & analysis, audit or data and analytics
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
- Exceptional analytical acumen
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills; Essbase/Hyperion a plus
- Superior ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex projects entailing frequent interaction with senior executives
- Demonstrated ability to consistently work within fixed timeframes and meet deadlines
- Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Flexibility to perform effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- High level of academic achievement and demonstrated analytical and quantitative strength
Salary Range: $125,000 - $135,000
The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of IAC’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
