Global Consumer Experience and Education team is purpose-driven team with top-notch retail expertise and client-centric mindset aiming to create synergies and consistency in addressing our clients' needs to elevate consumer experience. Job DescriptionYour Impact to the role:
- Collaborate with Global and Local teams to define event strategies to build brand equity, support new launches, product distortions and locally relevant initiatives
- Lead the conceptualization and development of unique and innovative small-to-large scale animations and consumer events to support global icon campaigns
- Create and roll out global event experiences guidelines with a set of clear business KPIs to drive event sales in collaboration with Creative and Visual Merchandising team
- Act as a liaison between the Brand Marketing team and VMSD team to ensure alignment on brand messaging and in-store animations
- Enhance offline brand and product storytelling with immersive tactics to increase consumer engagement and encourage content creation and sharing
- Partner with Education team to build retail experience based on power demos and service/applications to drive conversion and enhance consumers’ reasons to believe
- Leverage Global consumer insights and analytics to optimize the in store and omnichannel consumer journey, leading to traffic to store
- Work with Education team to build and deliver the next generation of high-touch service and experience (e.g. skin diagnostic tool, physical activations, etc.) that will drive innovation in the brand
Your impact in your first year:
- Demonstrate a pro-active approach by fully owning communications with relevant market partners on building omni consumer experiences and sharing best practices around the globe
- Plan, coordinate and pilot new initiatives to help build omni-experience that meets fresh’s strategic objectives
- Contribute to crafting an online-to-offline seamless customer journey and global evening directives
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position on average of 7.5 hours/day.
- Light to moderate lifting may be required.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, and operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
WHO YOU ARE
You have:
- 5+Years of Experience with a track record in 360° consumer event management and retail experiences. Creative / events / digital agency experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of omni-channel happenings: digital trends, retail landscape and emerging consumer behaviors
- Entrepreneurial mindset with creative and strategic problem solving skills
- High sense of drive and ownership to drive business impact
- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive and effective business partnerships
- Ability to interact with all levels of management in a fast paced, high growth, continually evolving environment
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ambition to learn more and fast, with a curious mindset
You are:

The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 USD.
