About the Job
Who We Are
CutDry is a fast-growing FoodTech startup searching for flexible go-getters who welcome the challenge of meeting the needs of a rapidly expanding business. Our company is revolutionizing the $300B US food supply industry by directly connecting the people who produce and distribute food with those who purchase and prepare it in a commercial setting. Our platform provides wholesale suppliers, manufacturers, and their customers (restaurants, caterers, hotels, lodging, etc.) with an all-in-one order management, shopping, payment, and tracking solution that saves valuable time, allowing users to do more with their existing staff, and ultimately, build a more profitable business.
The CutDry founders and executive team have a background uniquely suited to attack this complicated problem. Consisting of lifelong Silicon Valley entrepreneurs, the leaders have built and exited multiple startups and possess deep domain expertise in the restaurant and food supply chain business, having sold previous startups to one of the world’s largest food distributors.
Who We’re Looking For
As an Growth Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of foodservice distributors to drive revenue growth. This role will require you to build relationships with distributor teams (including leadership, managers, sales representatives, accounts receivable staff, transportation, and administration). This role is the first point of human contact within the company, so you must be enthusiastic, friendly, and a true consultative CutDry product expert.
At a tactical level, you'll be responsible for getting the distributor and their customers to full usage of the CutDry platform. Currently, there are two primary paths to full usage: (1) People - helping distributor staff and, through them, their customers, understand the benefits of using CutDry, and (2) Features - ensuring each party understands the different features within CutDry and promoting them to full usage. Success will be measured by the depth of engagement of each distributor, and your ability to upsell features, maintain little to no churn, and increase adoption.
Our ideal candidate is a fast-mover with a hunger not only to meet but exceed our growth targets. As an early-stage startup, you must be able to thrive in a fast-moving, rapidly-evolving work setting. This is not purely a sales job, but typical sales skills are helpful.
