About the Job
HCT seeks an experienced Human Resources professional to serve as the Interim Manager of Human Resources Operations for a 50+ bed hospital in Arizona. This position will provide daily oversight of the human resource department's processes and procedures. Responsibilities include:
- On-boarding process for new hires, ensures the department provides excellent customer service, manages and assists with overall processes and business flow.
- Assists with payroll oversight, employee relations administration and strategic projects as needed.
- Performs special projects on behalf of the Chief Human Resource Officer or designee.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Allied Health, Healthcare Administration, with an emphasis in Human Resources required. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: At least five years professional experience in human resources support in employee benefits administration, payroll and employee counsel/ relations. Two years supervisory experience in a healthcare setting required.
- Certifications: CCP/ACA Certification or other compensation certification is a plus. Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human resources (SPHR) by the Human Resource Certification Institute is preferred.
