The Manager, HRIS will oversee and optimize HR systems, with a focus on business processes and systems that span the employee lifecycle. Leading a dynamic team of HRIS professionals, this role will work to enhance operational efficiencies, improve data integrity, and provide a best-in-class employee experience.

This Manager, HRIS will:
- Support the implementation and configuration of Workday.
- Oversee the maintenance and support of PeopleSoft HCM and Cornerstone for Performance, Compensation, and Learning functions, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with IT to execute HR technology roadmap to support the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Implement metrics to gauge the effectiveness of HR technologies and processes; identify opportunities to streamline and standardize workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy and ensure legal compliance.
- Implement and optimize People Analytics, highlighting key metrics, dashboards, and analytical tools needed to drive organizational insights, predict outcomes, and improve decision-making time.
- Deploy People Analytics across the employee life cycle, including recruitment, performance management, succession planning, learning, compensation, benefits, etc.
- Partner with IT on the implementation and optimization of all HR-related technology (e.g., talent management, learning, ERP).
- Manage Visier analytics for HR reporting and insights, aligning data outputs with HR strategies and leadership objectives.
- Collaborate with IT to execute HR technology roadmap to support the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of HRIS analysts, providing guidance, training, and professional development to enhance team capabilities and expertise.
- Delegate tasks and prioritize team workloads to meet project timelines and deliver efficient support for end-users.
- Foster a collaborative, problem-solving environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement within the HRIS team.
- BA degree in Business, Healthcare, Mathematics or Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience with human resources’ enterprise wide systems.
- Healthcare industry experience in a complex enterprise strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success with implementation of ERP solutions.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team, with a track record of managing projects and supporting team performance in a complex environment.
- Excellent project management skills, including experience in managing large-scale implementations, upgrades, and cross-functional projects.
