As the Manager HRIT , you’ll be responsible for managing HRIT Integration platform roadmap and strategy, including tool selection, development, and support standards . You will participate in design review meetings to come up with design and estimate timelines for delivery in HR and Payroll systems .

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Manage HRIT Integration platform roadmap and strategy, including tool selection, development, and support standards.
- Participate in design review meetings to come up with design and estimate timelines for delivery in HR and Payroll systems.
- Oversee integration development, manage priorities, coordinating cross-area projects,
- assigning task, resolving issues/roadblocks and handling deployment/support activities.
- Plan and coordinate with Infrastructure and Enterprise Architecture team.
- Design, Code, configure, test the Technical Solutions using Cloud Integration and HR Systems.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for configuring Business rules, Workflows, and customizations in HR system landscape.
What you need to succeed at RXO:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related.
- Experience must include five (5) years of post-bachelor's progressive experience in all of the following:
- SAP ECP Payroll with A BAP coding
- Success factors Integration center
- ServiceNow, Jira for change management
- Certifications required for the role:
- Boomi middleware programming and administration (Certified)
- Successfactors Employee central (Certified)
- Successfactors Recruiting and onboarding (Certified)
