The Manager, Identity and Access Management is a pivotal figure in managing a wide range of identity and access management duties. This role is not only about overseeing system access but also involves leading training, mentoring, and providing top-notch guidance to team members. The position also requires delivering outstanding customer service and robust support to collaborative teams, ensuring all interactions are professional and efficient. A critical aspect of this role is to quickly understand and adeptly guide team members on processes for provisioning, removals, and audit compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate roles and entitlements within IT systems.
- Identify inconsistencies in role entitlements and provide resolutions.
- Conduct user recertification reviews as per company policies.
- Manage projects and initiatives related to the identity and access management within the department.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless integration of security policies and cyber security technologies.
- Train and mentor team members in identity and access management protocols.
- Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to enhance team performance and expertise.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that all team interactions with collaborative groups are conducted professionally and efficiently.
- Act as a primary liaison to support and assist collaborative teams, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Quickly grasp and guide team members on the processes for provisioning, removals, and audit compliance, ensuring all practices align with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Required Qualifications
+ 1 + years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
+ 2 + years in a leadership or management role.
+ Experience in integrating Security Policies, virtual access, and controls.
+ Demonstrated ability to assess urgency, prioritize tasks, and make effective decisions based on situational circumstances.
+ Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to influence others and provide top-tier customer service.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ A passion for driving continuous improvement in consumer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, HCISPP, CCSP, CISM, etc.
+ Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
+ Experience with ERM

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$104,800 - $144,300 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
