Key Responsibilities:
- Lead with Impact: Inspire and manage team members, creating a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Coaching and Mentorship: Support and train managers and team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high food quality standards.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee food preparation, quality assurance, and daily food safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration & Coaching: Work alongside leadership and executive directors to train employees, track their performance, coach on improvements, and maintain operational smoothness.
- Performance Management: Evaluate key operational reports and identify areas for improvement.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- At least 1 year of leadership or management experience (no restaurant experience necessary!).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and adhere to our professional dress code (visible piercings and tattoos not permitted).
- Basic technology skills for navigating apps and digital tools used in our operations, Microsoft Suite: Excel, Teams, Powerpoint, and more.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
