Job Summary and Qualifications

The Manager Lab directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in performing chemical, microscopic, and bacteriologic tests to obtain data for use in diagnosis and treatment of diseases. The Manager also oversees performance of tests in fields of, chemistry, hematology, and immunology, while also assisting Director of Diagnostic Services with operational and administrative processes within the laboratory. 

What qualifications you will need:

• Education: Must meet the educational and/or work experience criteria acceptable for technical and/or general supervisor level certification and recognition by CLIA and GDHR.
• Licensure/Certifications: Technologist Certification as defined by GDHR required
• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a technologist; 3+ years of laboratory supervisory/leadership experience required
