About the Job
Bachelor’s degree required in higher education or related area; Master’s degree preferred.
At least two years of experience as a teacher, counselor, administrator, or related role.
Possession of strong cultural competency and experience working with diverse populations.
Excellent time management and organization skills.
Excellent oral, written, and other communication skills
Ability to perform job responsibilities while managing and responding to interruptions.
Ability to work independently, following through on projects and assignments with minimal direction.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Ability to quickly build rapport.
Empathy, flexibility; and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Team orientated personality.
