As the Manager, Long-Term Business Strategy you will be instrumental in identifying, organizing, and executing the company's financial and strategic priorities. Following recent acquisitions, NHSc has expanded its brand portfolio and strengthened its position as a leading player in the U.S. market. In this role, you will optimize brand positioning and activation to maintain category leadership. Additionally, you will lead various projects across all business units and functions to implement strategic priorities throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Support the NHSc Strategy team in the development and articulation of the U.S. organization’s long-term strategic plan
+ Own the project management of key initiatives by providing strategic direction, managing project timelines, and ensuring that deliverables are met
+ Conduct analysis of industry trends, competitive threats, expansion opportunities, and portfolio performance
+ Translate data-driven insights to actionable recommendations to drive strategic decision making across the organization
+ Leverage storytelling expertise to create compelling presentations critical to informing and inspiring key business stakeholders
+ Develop strong partnerships with commercial and functional teams to ensure successful implementation of the organization’s strategic priorities
+ Serve as a strategic thought-partner for Senior Management by identifying opportunities in the business to drive efficiency, develop new capabilities, or enhance systems and processes
+ Support the coordination of annual strategic planning processes with senior management team including market business strategy (MBS), quarterly business reviews (QBR), and monthly business reviews
Experience and Education Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from an accredited institution required
+ MBA/Master’s Degree preferred
+ 6+ years’ experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic finance, M&A and/or post-merger integration roles with increasing responsibility
+ Demonstrated track record of driving corporate growth strategy initiatives and operating in a complex organizational structure
+ Experience managing cross-functional business activities in international and highly matrixed environments
+ Experience in CPG, consumer health, and/or pharma industries
+ Ability to understand businesses and teams holistically and take a multi-faceted approach to delivering successful outcomes for complex integration projects
Preferred Skills
+ Able to develop strategic recommendations by conducting market research, analyzing data, and interviewing key stakeholders
+ Possesses excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage large data sets in Excel
+ Strong financial acumen and the ability to develop & manage business case models
+ Proven storyteller that delivers data-driven insights in a clear and compelling way
+ Skilled presenter, including strong presentation design capabilities
+ Strong team player that can successfully collaborate with other teams and departments
+ Self-starter who is result-oriented, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious, and willing to take initiative and risks
+ Excellent communicator (both written and verbal) who encourages others and excels in a team environment
+ Ability to learn quickly, embrace change, and thrive in a fast-paced, environment

The approximate pay range for this position is $115,000- $150,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
