Manager Medical Laboratory Services at Clinical Management Consultants

 A leading acute care hospital location in south Florida is now seeking an experienced Manager Medical Laboratory Services to join their award-winning healthcare organization.

This modern full-service medical center is home to roughly 150 inpatient beds and offers a wide variety of medical and surgical services. This location is known as a leader in emergency and critical care, obstetrics, and rehabilitation services. Reporting to the Laboratory Director, the Manager Medical Laboratory Services will provide technical and administrative leadership to an inpatient hospital laboratory department. Responsibilities include developing and implementing departmental policies, overseeing capital budgets, overseeing equipment quality control, and maintaining accreditation status with all applicable organizations. 

What’s Needed to Succeed:

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Technology or Clinical Lab Sciences program
• Licensed as a Medical Lab Technologist (MLT), Medical Technologist (MT), or Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) in the state of Florida or ability to obtain
• Prior leadership experience is a plus!
