Northeast Delta Dental in Concord, NH is looking to hire a hybrid, full-time, Manager of Network Strategy. The Manager of Network Strategy will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and retain dental providers within our network. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our network meets the needs of our members while fostering strong relationships with dental providers.
The Manager of Network Strategy position earns a competitive salary, $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Network Development: Develop and implement strategies for recruiting and retaining dental providers to expand and maintain our network in targeted geographic areas.
Provider Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing providers to enhance retention and satisfaction. Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Data Analysis: Analyze network performance metrics and provider feedback to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for expansion.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align network strategies with overall company goals.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that may impact provider recruitment and retention strategies.
Training and Support: Develop training materials and support resources for providers to facilitate their integration into our network and enhance their engagement.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on network performance, recruitment efforts, and retention initiatives.
Department Support: As needed support of Professional Relations initiatives.
Travel: Expected travel to provider offices within Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine on a weekly basis.
Qualifications for this Position:
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in network management, provider relations, or healthcare operations, preferably in the dental insurance sector. Strong understanding of dental provider networks and the factors influencing provider recruitment and retention. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Work Schedule:
The typical work schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, during normal business hours. This position will travel to dental provider offices in Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine on a weekly basis and will work in the office at our Concord, NH Headquarters and remote when appropriate.
