Financial Allocation Manager - Leading Financial Institution
Location: Chatham, NJ | Compensation: $160,000 - $165,000 plus bonus
Our client, a prominent financial institution in Chatham, NJ, seeks an experienced Financial Allocation Manager.
Key Responsibilities:Design and execute innovative resource allocation strategies
Create and refine distribution models for revenue, expenses, and capital
Evaluate and optimize allocation effectiveness against organizational goals
Foster cross-departmental collaboration
Provide analytical insights to executive leadership
Continuously enhance allocation methodologies
Ensure transparent communication of allocation processes
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, planning, and allocation
Technical Skills:Proficiency in financial modeling and allocation methodologies
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software
Education:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree preferred

the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
