Manages, supervises, and coordinates the operations of a clinic by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors and staff.
Responsibilities:Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, directing and supervising all operations of the clinic.
- Recruits, trains and evaluates clinic management and supervisory staff.
- Develops, implements, and evaluates clinic policies, goals, and objectives to ensure delivery of quality care, efficient operations and compliance to regulations of all regulatory agencies so that the Mercy Health System's Mission, Vision and Values are fulfilled.
- Participates in the development and modifications of clinic programs.
- Interprets and enforces department and institution policies.
- Participates in the development and monitoring of clinic budget.
- Participates in appropriate clinic and Health System committees.
- Investigates and resolves complaints, or refers unusual problems to superior.
- Works closely with Director in developing and implementing strategic policies.
- Maintains continuing development and implementation of clinic QA & I program.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Master's degree in Business Administration or Health Care Administration preferred.
Three to five years of pervious group practice management experience.
