Job description
The Manager of Compliance & Accreditation is an integral part of the quality improvement team. The position is responsible for the operational administration and implementation of a comprehensive compliance program and accreditation continuous readiness program. The position must be an expert in FQHC and FTCA Compliance.

Job requirements
- Nursing degree or bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, health Information management or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Experience in Behavioral Health, the medical field, and Quality Management
- Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) is preferred or obtained within the first year of employment.
- Must be able to plan, devise, and implement major projects, and analyze methods, procedures, and organizational needs.
- Strong presentation, leadership, communication, written, and verbal skills.
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Power Point, Excel, and database systems.
- Knowledge of Windows environment and Electronic Health Records systems.
- Must be able to provide culturally sensitive services.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Must be able to handle discrete and confidential matters.
- Must have or able to obtain valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Must possess reliable transportation, valid driver"s license, and proof of auto insurance.
