Manager of Delivery Execution

We are seeking a Manager of Delivery Execution to oversee a team of five Agile Release Train Engineers responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our digital platform initiatives. This role requires a leader who can combine agile methodologies with a project management mindset, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking progress, managing in-flight work, and providing regular status updates on project timelines and requirements.

While this position emphasizes agile practices, it also requires someone with a structured approach to deadlines, capable of interfacing with our PMO and handling enterprise-level requests. The ideal candidate will have experience with tools like Jira and Confluence, and will act as a key liaison between agile teams and the broader organization. They should be skilled in scaling agile practices for mid-sized teams, without needing to manage global operations.
