Manager of Engineering
| Is responsible to manage projects and programs throughout a very aggressive design lifecycle, including planning, monitoring, and control. He or She will be responsible for product development engineering, and corporate quality assurance programs, with a strong emphasis on design for manufacturability across a broad spectrum of manufacturing processes, and shall employ Project Management best practices to ensure products meet cost, schedule, and performance requirements. The Mgr will collaborate with internal and external personal to guarantee a smooth transition to manufacturing and manage potential engineering change orders. The individual will manage a small team and lead continuous improvement efforts. Must have experience with ERP, Solidworks. |
