About the Job
Reporting to the Senior Director of Financial Reporting, and interfacing with the various department heads as well as executives in the C-Suite, the Manager of Global Consolidation will manage the monthly financial world-wide consolidation as well as the annual corporate budgeting process.
Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of the month-end closing consolidate process (15+ subsidiaries)
- Review and manage consolidation of monthly sales analysis
- Prepare consolidation review analysis of foreign subsidiaries for monthly review meetings
- Oversee and manage foreign subsidiaries including intercompany reconciliations
- Prepare consolidated financial results and Key Business Indicators
- Prepare & present monthly financial results to Executive Team
- Prepare consolidated financial statement fluctuation analyses for auditors
- Manage and coordinate audit process with foreign subs
- Manage annual budget process
- Coordinate and work with department managers during budgeting process
- Measures and report actual to budget variances
- Prepare Proformas for various product lines
- Assist in quarterly analyses for Earnings Calls with Wall Street
- Bachelor of Science, preferably in Accounting
- 3-6 years of public accounting experience preferred
- CPA preferred
- 2+ years of related financial reporting experience is a plus
- Experience working in a publicly traded and SOX compliant company is a plus
- High level skills in Excel including pivot tables and v-lookups, as well as experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 and Microsoft Bi360
- Possess broad knowledge of accounting concepts, analytical skills, and curiosity to ensure financial accuracy and process improvements
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and constantly changing workload
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, drive for completion
- Willingness and ability to perform day-to-day operational tasks as well as high level analysis
- Proactive, responsive and timely problem solver with project management skills, pays attention to detail, drives processes and meets deadlines
- Ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships within the organization to work collaboratively across the Company with a positive outlook and motivated attitude
