Manager of Installation Partners
Position Overview: The Manager of Installation Partners will oversee and manage the relationships with installation partners for Irrigation Controllers and Flow Sensors. This role will ensure that sufficient, competent installation Partners are available to support geographic based installation activity to meet or exceed the Company’s performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with installation partners.
- Evaluate, train and onboard new installation partners to expand service and geographic capabilities.
- Conduct regular training, performance reviews and provide feedback to partners.
- Operational Oversight:
- Establish and implement installation processes and best practices.
- Monitor Partner installation quality and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Address and resolve any Partner installation-related issues or complaints.
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with product development and sales teams to identify market needs and installation requirements.
- Develop strategic initiatives to improve installation efficiency.
- Training and Development:
- Design and implement training programs for installation Partners to ensure they meet company quality and performance standards.
- Stay updated on Company products, industry trends and technologies to provide ongoing education to partners.
- Performance Metrics:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for installation partners and track progress.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Budget Management:
- Manage budgets related to Partner compensation forinstallation services, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Work with finance to assess the financial performance of installation programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing partnerships or vendor relationships, preferably in construction or water management.
- Strong understanding of installation processes and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in project management.
- Familiarity with irrigation controllers, flowmonitoring product technologies and installation practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Work Environment:
- This position may require travel to partner sites and customer locations.
- Flexible work arrangements may be considered.
