About the Job
An alternative investments firm is seeking a Manager of Investor Relations to join their team! This role will manager 2 analyst and will be responsible for the day-to-day inquiries and provide up-to-date information about recent developments within the firm

Responsibilities
• Manage team of two IR Analysts with planned additions
• Complete and review RFPs and questionnaires for investors
• Proactively write and send time sensitive investor communications via CRM
• Prep materials and background information for investor meetings
• Develop new written materials, such as press releases, scripts and presentations
• Manage CRM and quality check data input
• Maintain pipeline for fundraises and report to Partners
• Manage planning and execution of the Annual Meeting
• Attend Investment Committee meetings and stay up to date on investments
• Work with firm’s CCO to ensure compliance on regulatory matters
• Work cross functionally on ad hoc firm initiatives
• Manage subdocument closing process
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree; Advanced degrees or certifications in related fields are a plus
• 5-8 years of experience dealing with institutional investors and HNW
• Experience managing a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to draft engaging and
impactful messages
• Detail oriented and motivated to make process improvements
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize the team when working under strict timelines
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and ability to train others
• Entrepreneurial spirit

Salary based on experience: $125-150k + bonus
