What You’ll Do:

• Lead Daily Operations: Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient workflow within the pharmacy.
• Ensure Compliance: Oversee adherence to regulatory standards, including IV admixture services and drug diversion prevention.
• Drive Innovation: Manage pharmacy automation and spearhead process improvements.
• Policy Development: Create and refine policies to align with industry best practices.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate Across Departments: Participate in committees and contribute to hospital-wide initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Doctorate in Pharmacy or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role.
• Licensure: PA Pharmacist License is required.
• Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
