Manager of Referral Marketing
Omnia Healthcare Group is seeking a Manager of Referral Marketing to join their team! The Manager of Referral Marketing is responsible for developing, executing, and managing Omnia’s overall referral marketing strategy. Implementing key referral marketing strategies will drive increased patient, referral source, and stake holder engagement leading to incremental new patient acquisition across the organization.
Manager of Referral MarketingDuties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible foractive patient & referral source retention/acquisition through direct engagement campaigns. Analyze new patient data and current referring trends, tailoring efforts to opportunities. Evaluate ROI and effectiveness of campaigns to foster growth.
- Responsible for the overall branding, design (in conjunction with website design vendor), content, and architecture of our websites. Structuring in a way that optimizes traffic from patients, the public, and referral sources leading to new patient acquisition.
- Execute the social media strategy of the organization through a structured approach to posting and content management, partnering with key internal stakeholders (Ops, sales, etc.) to ensure that all Omnia facilities have an industry-leading social media presence.
- In parallel with website architecture, ensuring that Omnia facilities are optimized for search engine traffic. Develop internal and external strategies, reporting on progress and improvements in traffic levels that will yield new patient growth.
- Responsible for executing the organization’s reputation management strategy and exceeding industry benchmarks for reputation ratings. Engage key cross-functional leaders to drive positive and incremental reviews for each facility.
- Establishes consistent and approved branding for the organization. Supports new patient acquisition through the design and implementation of collaterals and content that meets the needs of our business development and operations teams. Utilizes technology and automation to assist in reducing manual processes and workflows. Plans and oversees the execution of community based promotional events, open houses and educational seminars, in conjunction with sales and operations partners.
- Develops and executes on (in collaboration with sales and operations) a standardized and structured playbook for acquisition facilities that is scalable, repeatable, and allows for highly successful openings.
- With leadership approvals, develops external communications and press releases to relay important information to the public, prior patients, and key stakeholders.
- Identify effectiveness and impact of all marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, refine and optimize accordingly. Present findings and solutions to leadership.
- Other duties as assigned.
Manager of Referral Marketing Education and Experience:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or any other relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, branding, and communications required, post-acute and Long-Term Care marketing experience preferred.
- Sound understanding of healthcare marketing fundamentals and strategy.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Strong project management and organization skills.
- Knowledge of digital and social media marketing strategies.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and software.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday
- May be necessary to assist in the evacuation of residents during emergency situations
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
