CommQuest is currently seeking a Full Time Manager of Residential Operations at our Canton womens residential location. This role supports the overall management of residential services, ensuring the safety, compliance, and smooth operation of residential facility. This role coordinates staff development, vendor relations, and daily operations while providing crisis and behavioral intervention support to residents. It serves as a key point of contact in the absence of the Lead Residential Technician.

What you'll do:
- Completes monthly, quarterly, and annual safety inspections, fire and tornado drills, and vehicle registrations for residential locations. Manages/tracks residential staff credentials, including Serv Safe certifications.
- Supports Director of Residential Operations in hiring, training, staff development, and onboarding. Provides input on annual performance reviews.
- Provide crisis intervention, behavioral intervention, and supports residents' development of activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Coordinates vendor relationships and oversees supply orders and housekeeping needs.
- Orchestrates vendor deliveries, manages donations, and ensures compliance with client rights postings.
- Ensures completion of 'residential client tracking forms' and maintains current house schedule and postings.
- In absence of Lead Residential Technician, assumes related duties to ensure coverage.
- All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Dependency, Psychology, Social Work or similar field required. Master's preferred.
- Active Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) certification or above issued by the State of Ohio required. 
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in recovery services including a minimum of 1-year supervisory experience required. 
- Maintains Non-Violent Crisis Intervention and CPR/First Aid training, obtained within first 90 days of employment.  Maintain all other certifications and/or licensures are required for position and/or compliance.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. 
- Availability for rotating on-call shifts, some evenings and weekends may be required.
