Your Impactful Role
As a Manager of Supportive Housing, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our programs run smoothly and effectively. Your key responsibilities include:
- Guaranteeing optimal staffing and scheduling for our 24/7 permanent supportive housing office.
- Overseeing the Scattered Site Housing First program operations.
- Partnering with Housing Providers to offer safe, healthy, and supportive housing options.
- Managing Regional Coordinated Entry systems.
- Collaborating with regional providers to deliver aligned services.
- Developing strategies to overcome barriers and enhance services.
- Leading a team through hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Working closely with Case Management to deliver top-notch services.
- Ensuring compliance with contracts, program standards, and financial responsibilities.
- Managing database systems in line with funder expectations and timely report submissions.
- Collaborating with EOHLC and CoC Contract Managers.
- Performing on-call duties as needed.
What You Bring
Your background and skills are the foundation of your success in this role. We’re looking for someone with:
- A High School Diploma and experience in a Human Services-related field.
- Knowledge of Individual Homeless systems and service dynamics.
- An understanding of case management functions related to individual progress.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proven leadership capabilities.
- Excellent customer service, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer software.
- Crisis management expertise.
- Flexibility to work some day and evening shifts.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish, English/Khmer, English/Portuguese) are a plus.
- A valid Driver's License.
