Job DescriptionThis role will be a part of Operations Excellence and will report to Hiring Manager
This role is responsible for ensuring that we use the right tools to enhance business processes, drive efficiency, and enable innovation across teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of tools and technologies relevant to our industry, experience in change management, and a passion for leading cross-functional teamwork.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
The role expects the resource to perform the following functions:
- Develop and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Tools COE to ensure alignment with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
- Evaluate, select, and recommend tools that meet the EPP organization across People, Finance and Supply chain departments, ensuring best practices and industry standards are followed.
- Establish governance frameworks and guidelines for tool usage, ensuring consistency, compliance, and maximum return on investment.
- Develop training programs and materials to educate users on the effective use of tools, improving adoption and efficiency.
- Partner with team members in EPP departments to understand their needs and ensure the tool's portfolio supports their objectives.
- Communicate effectively with collaborators at all levels, providing updates on tool performance, benefits, and return on investment.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in managing technology tools, digital transformation, or leading a Center of Excellence team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of industry-standard tools, software solutions, and technology trends.
- Exceptional project management skills with a track record of successful tool implementation and process improvement.
- Experience in stakeholder management, change management, and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams at all levels of the organization.
