The Manager, People Operations – Talent Acquisition Operations, plays an essential role in advancing Empower Pharmacy’s HR strategy with a focused expertise in Talent Acquisition Operations. This role will manage and enhance the People Operations infrastructure to ensure compliance, efficiency, and alignment with key HR and Talent Acquisition goals, specifically focusing on optimizing ADP Workforce Now and iCIMS Applicant Tracking systems. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, the Manager drives continuous improvement of TA processes, oversees critical recruitment metrics, and strengthens our HR systems to create an exceptional employee experience. Duties and Responsibilities:- Builds, refines, and manages the Talent Acquisition Operations framework, establishing efficient systems, processes, policies, and programs to support effective and scalable hiring practices. Ensures these align with Empower Pharmacy’s HR service delivery standards, promoting operational excellence and compliance.
- Monitors and analyzes key Talent Acquisition metrics and reporting, leveraging data insights to identify trends, drive performance improvements, and support data-informed decision-making across TA initiatives.
- Champions continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes, focusing on standardization, automation, and optimization within ADP Workforce Now and iCIMS to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Provides comprehensive support and troubleshooting for the HR Information Systems (HRIS) related to Talent Acquisition, ensuring smooth functionality, fostering user adoption, and reducing manual processes.
- Delivers a superior candidate and employee experience through exceptional customer service, fostering transparent communication, and promoting a culture of trust, inclusivity, and proactive employee relations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, required.
- A minimum of 5 years in People Operations with a focus on Talent Acquisition, specifically overseeing Talent Acquisition Operations; at least 3 years in a team leadership role within a similar capacity.
- Proven experience in developing, managing, and optimizing recruitment metrics and reporting structures, with a strong understanding of interactions between HRIS (specifically ADP Workforce Now) and Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS).
