MANAGER POST ACUTE BILLING OPERATIONS - LifeBridge Health

JOB SUMMARY:

• Under the supervision of the Director of Patient Accounting, the Manager of Post Acute Billing Operations is responsible for the daily claims processing and insurance follow-up for all Skilled Nursing Care, and Partial Hospitalization Program.
• Responsible for and monitors management of Patient Personal Funds System in accordance with current regulatory guidelines.
• This is a key role, directing the back office revenue cycle processes for Skilled Nursing Care and Partial Hospitalization Program including claims processing, insurance collections, payment variance, and denials.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field
• 3-5 year of experience with skilled nursing care billing, revenue cycle process, patient financial and clearance, fundmentals of health insurance
