The Product Marketing charter makes our product lines successful in the market and with customers
They are champions of our customers and define end-to-end GTM strategy for their product areas, including all messaging, positioning, launch planning and Sales enablement
They are experts in our customers and products, and use their expertise to influence the product roadmap.In this role, You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success and Product to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and the product to empower our sellers with the right content to create opportunities and develop prospecting campaigns to strengthen the sales pipeline
You will bring your experience to map the customer purchase journey and apply your skills to optimize customer conversions. Building on Capital One’s pioneering adoption of modern cloud and data capabilities, Capital One Software is a new business dedicated to helping accelerate the data management journey at scale for businesses operating in the cloud

Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $147,800 - $168,700 for Manager, MarketingSan Francisco and San Jose, California (Hybrid On-Site): $156,700 - $178,800 for Manager, MarketingCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI)
