What you’ll do
We’re seeking a passionate and dynamic product marketing expert to lead the charge in positioning and marketing our cutting-edge performance solutions — Attention Measurement and AI Dynamic Activation — in the market. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, you will work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and commercial teams to execute strategic marketing programs. Your key responsibilities include:
- Leadership and Mentorship: Guide and mentor a Product Marketing Manager, fostering growth and development within the team.
- Commercialization Strategy: Drive the product marketing strategy and execution for Attention Measurement and Dynamic AI Activation. Partner with sales, product, and commercial leaders to launch new products and enhancements.
- Value Proposition: Define product value propositions, user benefits, and positioning to ensure our solutions stand out in the market.
- Sales Enablement: Create compelling sales decks, one-pagers, FAQ documents, and internal training programs to empower our sales team.
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop strategic inbound and outbound product marketing campaigns across PR, email, our website, and social channels.
- Product Momentum: Maintain and boost marketing momentum for existing products by supporting the creation of case studies, data infographics, best practice guides, and educational client webinars.
- Expertise: Become an internal and external subject matter expert on DV’s Attention and Dynamic AI Activation solutions.
- Competitive Analysis: Research the competitive landscape to create differentiated product positioning and effective objection-handling collateral.
- RFP and RFI Support: Continuously refine the creation of RFPs and RFIs to support our commercial efforts.
Who You Are:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in product marketing or a related marketing role.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the digital advertising industry and related performance technologies.
- B2B Expertise: Knowledge of B2B marketing trends and best practices.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and developing team members.
- Analytical Mindset: Data-driven and analytical approach to problem solving.
- Organizational Skills: Expert-level organization and planning abilities.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV.
The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between [$83,000.00 - $158,000.00]. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits.
