ManTech is currently seeking a highly skilled and proactive Program Management Communications and Content Specialist to join our team in Herndon, VA. This role is essential in developing and managing program management (PM) communications, collaborating with the Learning Team to create training materials, and producing content to support enterprise program management initiatives.
The ideal candidate will enhance stakeholder engagement through both in-person and virtual events and coordinate external Program Management excellence efforts.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Produce high-quality content, including presentations, reports, newsletters, and other documentation, to support enterprise program management initiatives.
+ Develop and manage comprehensive PM communications strategies to ensure clear, consistent, and effective messaging across the organization.
+ Collaborate with the Learning Team to design and create training content that support program management best practices and methodologies.
+ Enhance stakeholder engagement by organizing and facilitating in-person and virtual events, such as workshops, webinars, and conferences.
+ Coordinate efforts to promote Program Management excellence externally, including partnerships, certifications, and industry recognition.
+ Manage internal program management internal SharePoint sites.
+ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication and training programs, adjusting as needed to improve outcomes.
+ Serve as a point of contact for program management communications, providing guidance and support to project managers and other stakeholders.
+ Stay current with industry trends and best practices in program management and communications to continuously improve the organization’s capabilities.
+ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the program management community.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Minimum 7 years experience in program management, communications, or a related role.
+ Bachelor’s degree in communications, Business Administration, Marketing/Public Relations, or a related field.
+ Strong writing, editing, visual design and content creation skills with a keen eye for detail.
+ Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Proficiency in using communication and project management tools and software.
+ Experience in organizing and facilitating events, both in-person and virtual.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
+ Ability to think strategically and drive innovative solutions to enhance stakeholder engagement.
+ Master’s degree is a plus.

+ Must be a U.S. Citizen
Physical Requirement:
+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
+ Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
+ Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
+ Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
