Manager, Program/Project III - Sr. - Precise Systems

We are currently seeking a Program Manager to support our Washington, DC customer. This position is contingent upon contract award. The Program Manager will assist in the management of design, construction and post-delivery of small combatants for international customers. They will manage a team that coordinates planning, budgeting and execution.

Required Experience:
- 15+ years of program management experience, including planning, budgeting, and executing complex projects with multi-functional teams (60+ professional support staff).
- A minimum of 10 of the 15 years shall include experience with USN and/or partners in fleet operations or ship procurement
- Expertise in preparing reports and briefings for senior executives (O-7+ level).
- Expertise in assignment supervision and management.
- Experience in Financial Management, Cost Estimating, Procurement Strategic Planning and Execution, and/or Business Management.

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Masters Degree preferred. BA/BS degree or 2 years of additional relevant experience will be considered in lieu of each year of education. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent desired.

Minimum 10 years relevant management experience.
