You will have an abundant opportunity to meaningfully impact the growth of our business by developing and growing a high-performance team of technical project managers.This role can be based out of our Washington DC office or remotely in North America.QualificationsWe’re looking for a services delivery leader possessing a growth mindset and excellent communication skills.10+ years of relevant professional experience in project and/or delivery management; university degree preferredAgile mindset with an understanding of SCRUM & Kanban processesSuccessful track record leading, managing and growing a teamDemonstrated ability to manage delivery escalations, focused on increasing customer and internal stakeholder satisfactionConsiderable experience with relationship building with internal and external stakeholdersExcellent analytical skills with an appreciation for rigor and objectivityFamiliarity with enterprise-scale customers, project management methodologies and deployment/operational considerationsExtensive experience in collaborating with business owners to determine needs for addressing their growth and potentialAt ease operating in a dynamic, fast growing team, able to be self-sufficient with a can-do attitude and ready to make yourself accountableNice-to-have skillsExperience as a SCRUM masterExperience in managing projects with a high degree of uncertainty (research and innovation)Experience in delivering software development projects (ideally modernization of a legacy application)Experience with JIRA / Project toolsPosition ExpectationsAs a team leader within the MongoDB Professional Services organization, you will:Be responsible for successful execution of the territory project portfolio with the focus on customer success and MongoDB growthProvide oversight for the regional project portfolioBe responsible for continuous professional development of a geographically distributed project delivery team, building ever-improving professional services professionalsSet up individual, sustainable development plans based on the skills assessmentCollaborate with other functions across the company, contribute to global Professional Services business strategies, development and executionMaintain excellent CSATBe willing to "roll-up sleeves" and contribute to execution and improvements across the business as neededAggressively maintain a robust recruiting pipeline, attracting the highest quality talent in the industry to support excellence and rapid growthMeasures of SuccessGrowing and maintaining required delivery capacity and utilization for delivery teamsGrowing and maintaining required revenue targets for your delivery business ownersOn-target hiring & on-time ramping of top quality talent for your regionContinuously cultivate the breadth and depth of our MongoDB valuesContribute to the growth and evolution of the capability of MongoDB Professional ServicesResponsible for accelerating consumption of the project backlog Continuously reviewing existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and making required improvementsTo drive the personal growth and business impact of our employees, we’re committed to developing a supportive and enriching culture for everyone

Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location
Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package
