The Manager, Provider Installation position will manage a Provider Activation Team within the Provider Network Operations area under Provider Process & Services. The Manager role is strategic in nature managing multiple work streams with a focus on leveraging technology and solving for systemic challenges.
Management includes the oversight of meeting loading Turnaround Times and Individual Department SLA’s. Aligning on desired outcome of provider updates with primary partners and adjacent PNO teams with laser focus on Quality. Build relationships with Market Management collaborating on priorities and improvement opportunities driving positive outcomes. Work closely with Offshore Vendor to ensure work they support is timely and accurate.
Key Responsibilities
+ Accountable for meeting Key Performance Indicators regarding Turnaround Time and Quality
+ Analyze business metrics and provide monthly review of assigned business operations
+ Act as a Strategic Partner with Market Leadership and Service Partners
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams identifying and resolving complex technical and operational challenges
+ Create and maintain dashboard metrics for service partners, such as Service Alignment Managers, Markets and PNO Leadership
+ Influence partners identifying new ways of achieving success through training, education and leveraging technology
+ Facilitate Problem Management around escalated issues from customer base, ensuring problem is resolved timely, root cause is assessed, and mitigation steps are put in place decreasing future risk of issue arising again
+ Advanced interpersonal communication is a must, listening, learning and driving collaboration within and outside the organization
+ Model Humana’s Values, including, creating and completing yearly Impact Plans, promoting activity supporting team engagement and well-being

Required Qualifications
+ 2+ yrs. in leadership role within a highly complex operational environment
+ Provider Experience related to data, contracting, network, and/or claims
+ Professional experience utilizing MS Office desktop applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Prior experience with of process /workflow concepts/project management within an operational area
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s Degree
+ Basic Microsoft Access
+ Reporting & Analysis with Project Management
+ Process Experience (Six Sigma)
+ Experience with Performance Guarantees

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$76,800 - $105,800 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
