Job SummaryIn this role, you will be responsible for leading the physician recruitment function at UCSF. You will manage a team of Physician Recruiters and set appropriate strategies that will attract the best talent and meet the operational needs of the organization. Your proven expertise with recruitment marketing, high touch onboarding of physicians, building physician candidate pipelines, and developing high functioning teams will allow you to successfully collaborate with UCSF Department Chairs and Senior Leaders at UCSF Health. Experience working within different models, including working with an Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner is a plus
Additionally, this position works to develop hiring strategies, manage search committees, source candidates, consult on individual recruitment strategies, and will manage and report on the performance of the team
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced physician recruitment leader to build a program. UCSF is growing rapidly, and to support that growth we need a manger that can articulate and implement a vision for re-imagining the physician recruitment function in our organization. You will have the opportunity to make recommendations and to implement best practices that support our culture, growth strategy, educational objectives, and patient needs. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF
