You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product engineering, quality, and platform engineering, to facilitate the timely and efficient delivery of software updates to our users.What You’ll Do:You will be involved in the planning and execution of releases by interfacing with all stakeholder functions of a release, such as the engineering managers, program managers, and product managersYou will own the release management lifecycle, which includes scheduling, coordinating and managing releases across the organization by measuring progress and mitigating risks affecting the release in scope, quality and schedule.Own, maintain and report on release content and artifacts via release plans and release retrospectives.Conduct and report release readiness reviews along with reviewing go-live blockers.Manage critical information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, delivery units and notification lists.You’ll also work closely with the engineering teams to continuously improve the release process by providing collaboration, information management tools, and close integration with CI/CD systemsAbout You:Lead a team of Release Coordinators or Release Managers.7+ years of software release experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and effectively convey complex technical information.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented mindset focusing on accuracy and quality in release coordination and documentation.Familiarity with software release processes, version control, and agile methodologies Prior experience in a release or project coordination role is advantageous.Flexible hours - Work with teams based in India - IST.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).Our Values:At Postman, we create with the same curiosity that we see in our users

Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience
