Specific Responsibilities Would Include:
Position Overview:
The Sales Operations Manager will report directly to the Sr. Director of Sales and will work closely with other divisions such as Design, Licensing/Marketing and Production teams to ensure that all order files needs are properly maintained for specific accounts for the following brands: Tommy Hilfiger, Nautica, Calvin Klein, Lucky Boys, GAP Boys, Under Armour, Quiksilver and Billabong.
Accounts to include, but not limited to: Ross, Burlington, Marmaxx, Winners, Sierra Trading, DD’s and CitiTrends.
Responsibilities for all brands/accounts:
- Manage the order pool for specific brands & accounts – ensuring that all bulks are in SAP; all confirmed POs have been received 30 days prior to start ship; POs are in for correct shipping windows & prices and monitor allocation & pick of POs.
- Enter bulks once account orders are confirmed with accounts and ensure removed once confirmed POs come in so order pool is not over-inflated. Ensure units, prices, delivery dates, etc. are all accurate.
- Work with accounts on monthly move-ups to early ship any OH styles to build up monthly shipping $ to ensure we hit our budgets. Work with Sr. Sales Director to understand the move-ups per month to report for the monthly Outlook.
- Review oversold list and work with Sales team and Customer Ops to manage by account.
- Manage POE list and details in alignment with the Production team, and track containers.
- Responds to all customer questions via telephone and written correspondence.
- Pay strong attention to detail, accurately enter data and resolve all customer issues and questions regarding purchase orders, item set-ups, samples, etc.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with various departments both internally and externally to ensure customer requests and questions are managed appropriately and in a timely manner.

- Ability to gather and assess information in a fast-paced, highly demanding deadline-oriented environment.
- Computer skills/experience: Excel, Word, Power Point and SAP. EDI experience a plus.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000

Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
