Job description:
As a Fullstack Software Development Manager, you'll collaborate closely with development teams, providing input on architecture and scalability, with a focus on IoT devices and cloud technologies.

Essential Functions:

• Lead development teams in architecting, designing, developing, and supporting web, mobile, integration, and backend applications, including API services
• Own major deliverables, drive roadmaps, and provide technical leadership
• Manage complex projects with significant impact on the bottom line
• Work closely with senior engineers, product, and support teams to develop optimal technical designs
• Prioritize and plan projects and features, manage stakeholders, and track external commitments
• Directly manage and lead team members, ensuring employee satisfaction
• Provide technical leadership to agile teams and contribute to code-level success
• Ensure quality, stability, and efficiency of releases within Scrum teams
• Produce design artifacts and UX/UI designs for diverse product ranges
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless system implementation

Required skills:

• 8+ years of experience in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, with expertise in building responsive websites
• Proficiency in consuming and interacting with RESTful APIs
• Strong understanding of the entire development process, from design to deployment
• Experience with React or similar frontend frameworks
• Comfortable with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome Inspector
• Ability to gather, analyze, and define business and techno-functional requirements
