Job Description
Position Overview
The Manager, Strategy - Data Systems and Analytics will oversee the management and strategic use of Microsoft-based business intelligence systems and reporting. The person in this role will work closely with stakeholders from a variety of teams, including Development, Origination, M&A and Strategy. A successful candidate will be capable of both detail orientation and bigger picture thinking, be highly collaborate and have experience with enterprise data systems and/or business intelligence reporting tools.
Responsibility:
Deliver updates and new features of the CRM/PowerApps systems, working with stakeholders from various departments
Deliver key BI reporting based on information in the CRM/PowerApps and other enterprise data systems, working with stakeholders from various departments
Serve as the subject matter expert on the CRM/PowerApps system dataset and data model
Support integrations and work collaboratively with teams managing other enterprise systems
Support development and maintenance of system and governance documentation
Adhere to all system governance policies
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree from accredited college program
2+ years experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/PowerApps platform, Microsoft PowerBI or similar enterprise data systems or BI tools
5+ years total relevant experience
Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Skills:
Experience administering Microsoft CRM/PowerApps Systems
Experience in energy industry
Excellent solution-seeking, teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills
Ability to be detail oriented
Ability to comprehend and carry out instructions and follow tasks to completion with minimal direction
Ability to learn and adapt in fast-paced environment
Ability to use discretion in handling confidential information
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
